1. Services

Walker Enterprises acts as a licensed auto transport broker, arranging vehicle shipping with vetted, insured motor carriers throughout the United States.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All shipping quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed prior to dispatch and depends on current carrier rates, route, and vehicle condition.

3. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to carrier assignment. After dispatch, cancellation fees may apply per the carrier's policy.

4. Insurance & Liability

Each carrier in our network maintains cargo insurance covering vehicles in transit. Walker Enterprises is not the motor carrier and is not liable for cargo damage; claims are handled directly with the assigned carrier.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
• Remove personal valuables prior to pickup
• Ensure vehicle is available at the agreed pickup time
• Inspect the vehicle and sign the bill of lading at delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

Walker Enterprises's liability is limited to the brokerage fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
